  Very disappointed in my experience thus far with customer service here. We have an unusual situation in that we recently bought a new house in a different town yet for some reason our mailing address (not our physical address) is currently showing as Carthage. I've driven 10 miles to this location to try to get our lost mail that is not showing up at our new residence nor at our local post office (where they are graciously holding our mail for us to pick up when they receive it) nor our old address. The lady I met with was nice enough but just took my info. to have the Post Master call me since she was busy. She never called so I called back about a week later & spoke to the same lady I met with who again took my info. down & said the Post Master would be coming in the next hour & will be sure she'd call me since she couldn't look up on the system to help me herself. Again no call back! My husband then called & spoke to someone else who was very rude & said he had to talk to our post office at old address, which couldn't address our problem because it must be resolved with Carthage Post Office who has our mail! So now we are stuck without important mail such as our new mortgage & other bills! I'm ready to rent a po box in our new town and forward all our mail there just so I don't have to ever try to deal with this post office ever again!
